The available space comprises a self-contained air conditioned office suite located on the ground floor of the pavilion style wing of The National Archives.
The current configuration of the space is for three large meeting rooms. There is also a dedicated kitchen within the suite. Alterations to the layout to better suit an incoming tenant’s requirements are allowable, the final specification of the changes would be jointly agreed and work completed in advance of occupancy. Access to the suite will be controlled via individual security passes for employees to ensure privacy for the tenant.
Immediately outside the suite are male, female and disabled shared use toilets as well as wider access to the restaurant and public spaces. Meeting spaces can be made available by separate arrangement including use of the 150 seater auditorium and other meeting rooms within The National Archives.

The suite is available on a new full repairing and insuring lease by way of service charge, for a term to be agreed. The lease will be contracted outside the Security of Tenure Provisions (sections 24-28) of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, part II, as amended.

The National Archives is located close to the banks of the River Thames, just off the South Circular/A205 Mortlake Road between Kew Bridge and Chiswick Bridge and benefits from an excellent choice of public transport links. Kew Gardens Station is within a short walk and offers both underground (District Line) and London Overground services.
