Bob Cattaneo has been dealing with commercial property for some 40 years and during that time has gained a unique and in depth knowledge of the market. Bob formed Cattaneo Commercial in 1990 and the company is now the leading commercial property agency in the area. In 1993, he formed Cattaneo Professional Services in order to complement the agency business and to advise on rent reviews, lease renewals, third party proceeding and asset enhancement strategies. At the same time, a Management Division was formed and this division now manages in excess of 60 properties throughout the UK.
